Average Metro Manila residential property prices up 5.2% year-on-year in Q2 2019

The Philippines’ central bank said average residential property prices in Metro Manila increased by 5.2% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2019.

While prices of single detached houses and townhouses in the National Capital Region declined, prices of duplexes and condominium units posted higher growth.

Outside the capital region, average residential property prices dropped by 1.1%.
